Alaska Injury Prevention Centerand Teaching Story are excited to host the Third International Safety Media Awards (ISMA) - an opportunity for safety promotion organizations from around the world to share their injury prevention and safety messages with international colleagues. The ISMA awards celebration and screening of entries will take place at the 10th World Conference on Injury Prevention and Safety Promotion in London, England, September 21-24, 2010.

The purpose of this competition is to recognize excellence in safety and injury prevention messages and to share evaluation of the effectiveness of the messages. This is an opportunity to share what is being done around the world, for all of us to learn from our colleagues, and to celebrate positive media messages.
