Print Category ideas include (but are not limited to) a magazine or newspaper advertisement, a poster, a brochure, photography, CD cover, a painting, etc. A hard copy of the print entry may be mailed to the Alaska Injury Prevention Center. Please understand that these may not be returned. Affix the entry form to the back of the entry. Print entries can also be submitted as a PDF document online, attached to the ENTRY FORM.

Film Category ideas include (but are not limited to) TV commercials, music videos, etc. Videos must be submitted on cross-platform CD-ROM and in QuickTime or Windows Media Player format. The length of the ultra short films must be one minute or less, short films thirty minutes or less, feature length thirty minutes to two hours. A CD-ROM of the video entry may be mailed to the Alaska Injury Prevention Center. If submitted on CD, please only include one movie per CD. Videos may also be submitted online, attached to the ENTRY FORM.

Audio Category ideas include (but are not limited to) Public Service Announcements (PSA), songs, radio advertisements, sound tracks, etc. Audio submissions should be sent on a CD in either Quicktime or MP3 format.  Audio entries on CD-ROM may be mailed to the Alaska Injury Prevention Center.  Audio entries may also be submitted online attached to the ENTRY FORM.
